IB 11 Camp 2018 in Görlitz

Battling scorching temperatures, the brave souls of the IB class of 2020 had their first IB workshop on 17-18 August 2018.  32 students first conquered Managebac and learned techniques for time-magagement, then headed for Görlitz.  Once settled in their rooms at the CVJM Herberge, the students learned the ins-and-outs of CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service), brainstormed amazing ideas for improving our school and communities and then ploughed courageously through the requirements of the Internal Assessments and the Extended Essay.  Weekend highlights included a visit to the local FOCUS festival and a (relatively) early morning jog through Görlitz.  Bravo to IB 11 and thanks for a great start!
